Objectives
- To serve as academic research ethics committee dedicated for biomedical and health-related research activities.
- To provide oversight role in all biomedical and health-related research projects/activities reviewed/cleared by the Board.
- To promote adherence/compliance with ethical standards for health research activities in the university and/or Caraga Region.
Acceptance of Research Protocols for Review by CSU Research Ethics Board
The Caraga State University Research Ethics Board (CSU-REB) is now accepting research protocols for ethics review. At this stage, priority will be given to submissions from the CSU community while the official schedule of review fees is being propsed and awaits approval by the Board of Regents (BOR).
Researchers are advised that protocols submitted during this interim period will be received and processed with the understanding that corresponding review fees may be collected later, pending BOR approval of the official fee schedule.
The CSU-REB aims to continue supporting ethical and responsible research while ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
