Caraga State University is proud to announce the 3nd LIKHA Summit, scheduled for October 28-31, 2024, at our Ampayon, Butuan City campus. The term “LIKHA,” meaning to create or develop, captures the essence of the university’s commitment to enhancing global competence. Built on the university’s core strengths—Talents, Assets, and Opportunities (TAO)—the LIKHA framework serves as follows:

Aligned with our vision to become a leading innovative and entrepreneurial institution, we are committed to implementing bold strategies and initiatives that focus on creating new value, developing meaningful solutions, and cultivating responsible stewards and leaders.
This year’s summit, themed “Innovating for a Sustainable Future: Research, Development, Innovation, and Extension in Practice,” emphasizes the integration of recent research, development, and innovative practices to foster sustainable progress. This highlights the practical application of these elements in real-world contexts, focusing on creating solutions that address current and future challenges.
